SINGAPORE, 4th September 2026 – ERA Realty Network (“ERA Singapore”) will provide a special one-time payment to all 156 HQ staff in recognition of their valuable contributions and to offer practical support amid rising living costs.
The payment will be made on 25 September 2026. Employees with at least one year of service will receive $1,000, while those who have served under one year will receive $500. The payment is in addition to the company’s regular performance bonuses and employee benefits.
Recognising employees’ contributions and celebrating long-term commitment
Almost half of ERA Singapore’s corporate employees (44%) have served for more than five years, while 34% have been with the company for more than a decade, signifying a strong testament to the people-centric culture and supportive environment that ERA Singapore has built over the years.
Mr Marcus Chu, Chief Executive Officer of ERA Singapore and APAC Realty, said, “Good business performance should be shared with the people who make it possible. This special payment recognises the contributions of our 156 HQ staff and provides them with some practical support amid higher living costs. Our long-serving employees have grown with ERA through different market cycles. Their experience, commitment and willingness to keep adapting have been important to our progress.”
APAC Realty, which operates the ERA brand in Singapore, had previously distributed special payouts to staff during periods of strong performance and at key milestones. When APAC Realty was listed on the Singapore Exchange in September 2017, the company gave non-senior management staff a special one-month bonus. Separately, in September 2021, the Group’s strong performance also led to all staff receiving a special one-month bonus, alongside a special dividend of 3 cents per share for shareholders.
The latest payout continues APAC Realty’s practice of recognising the contribution of its staff when the business performs well, alongside returns to shareholders. ERA Singapore has consistently been recognised as one of “Singapore’s Best Employers” for four consecutive years from 2023 to 2026 by the Straits Times. ERA Singapore was also recognised as one of the "Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2026" by the Financial Times and Statista for two years in a row.
“This special payment forms part of ERA Singapore’s broader approach to employee recognition and retention. Its employee benefits include birthday leave and cash benefits, family care leave, non-MC medical leave, and annual leave entitlement that increases with length of service,” Mr Chu added.
Preparing employees for an AI-powered future
Beyond recognising staff through this special one-time payment, ERA Singapore is also investing in workforce development as artificial intelligence reshapes the workplace. Staff will have access to ChatGPT Enterprise tools to enhance productivity and collaboration, while the organisation’s memorandum of understanding with NTUC LearningHub will provide access to AI training videos and programmes. Together, these initiatives reflect ERA Singapore’s continued investment in its people, ensuring that both staff and agents are ready to benefit from the next phase of AI transformation.
